1. The Service

Divine Journey is a mobile application for daily spiritual alignment. It includes Today's Path, My Library, Discover, guided sessions, affirmations and quotes, rituals, reflection prompts, gratitude journaling, and optional Premium content such as Signature Decks and multi-day programs.

2. Your Data & Account

When you create an account and sign in, your journey content, including library items, rituals, reflections, journal entries, Daily Path progress, and related preferences, is stored securely in our cloud database so it can sync across devices and survive reinstall. The app also keeps a local cache on your device for offline use; that cache is not the sole copy of your data when you are signed in.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Divine Journey offers optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions, including Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly.

Subscription titles, durations, prices, and renewal details are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

4. Personalized Affirmations

When you request a personalized affirmation, including Tune my energy, we send a minimal prompt to Google Gemini to generate your affirmation. We do not use your input to train third-party models, and we handle this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics

We use PostHog to collect usage analytics to help us improve the app. You can learn more in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the app, including default quotes, affirmations, guided session scripts, deck material, and related materials, is either public domain or original content created for Divine Journey.

7. Disclaimer

Divine Journey is designed for inspirational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or spiritual advice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
