Delete Your Divine Journey Account
We respect your choice to leave. This page explains what account deletion means, what data is removed, and how to submit a verified request if you need our help.

Deletion is permanent
When your Divine Journey account is deleted, your profile, sign-in access, and cloud-synced journey data are permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone, and we cannot restore your library, rituals, journal entries, or other saved content afterward.
What happens when you delete your account
Whether you delete in the app or we process an email request, the following applies to a completed account deletion:
- Account access ends. You will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
- Cloud data is deleted. Library items (quotes, affirmations, reflections), rituals, reflection prompts, journal entries, Daily Path completions, and preferences synced to your account are removed from our servers.
- Premium records on your account are removed. Entitlement information linked to your Divine Journey account is deleted. Active subscriptions may still need to be cancelled separately in Google Play or the App Store if you subscribed there.
- Some data may be retained by law. We may keep limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing obligations. Any retained data is not used to restore your account or journey content.
Why people request account deletion
There is no single reason, and you do not need to justify your decision to us. Common situations include starting fresh with a different email, reducing digital footprint, no longer using the app, or concerns about stored personal content. Whatever your reason, we will handle your request with care and transparency.
Option 1 — Delete in the Divine Journey app
If you can still open the app and sign in, this is the fastest path. Deletion takes effect immediately for your account and synced data.
- Open Divine Journey and sign in.
- Go to Account (from the menu or profile).
- Select Delete account and confirm when prompted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below. We will use the email address you provide to verify ownership of your Divine Journey account before deleting it.
Processing time: Verified requests are completed within 30 days. We will email you at the address below when deletion is finished.
Prefer to write your own message? Email divinejourney@peaqteq.com with the subject line Divine Journey Account Deletion Request and include the account email address you want deleted.
Used Divine Journey without an account?
If you never created an account, your data may exist only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that local data. No web deletion request is required.
